How does QuatroPBC work?
QuatroPBC is installed on the wet side of the conveyor, after the press and before the curing chamber.
It scans the pallet with a laser and takes photographs of the products, using neural networks to detect height deviations and surface defects such as chips, cracks, cavities, and stains.
In real time, QuatroPBC displays a photo of the pallet on the operator’s screen, highlighting different types of deviations for each product with a colored frame, enabling the operator to prevent defective production
