The QuatroPBC system is installed after the press, above the conveyor. Production boards with tiles passing under the system are measured non-contact with an industrial laser with an accuracy of +/- 0.5 mm. The measurement range for the height of stones is from 20 to 400 mm.

The height of each brick is determined by scanning the entire production board and measuring the height between the surface of the board on which the tile rests and the face of the tile. This method of measurement allows measuring the height of the bricks as accurately as possible, even if the board is crooked.

When measuring the height of a product, only the flat surface of the tile is taken into account, therefore, cracks, holes, and inclusions do not distort the measurement result.

Thus, QuatroPBC measures the height of the products from the surface of the board. The height is determined by an industrial laser as the production board passes under the machine.
Irregularities of the board do not distort measurements. Since the laser makes a measurement at many points around each tile.

Сomplete installation of the system in production takes 16-18 weeks. This period of time includes all preparation, assembly and testing of the system. Does not include delivery time.

The system does not require additional costs. For all the time of work (more than 3 years from the first real installation) even preventive measures were not required. Despite this, the replacement of parts, lenses that are out of order, and software updates are carried out for customers free of charge as part of the service.
Service includes:

1. repair and replacement of failed QuatroPBC elements;
2. technical support, training and advice on the use of QuatroPBC;
3. software update;
4. adding new features to the QuatroPBC software (excluding the cost of additional hardware).

QutroPBC is the most compact system of similar - only 66 sm along the conveyor. For installation, we advise releasing 1-meter free space along the conveyor and 20 sm free space on each side of the conveyor
