Optical quality control system designed for automatic classification of Hermetic Tiles
Scans the pallet with a laser and photographs the products, using neural networks to detect height deviations and surface defects such as chips, cracks, cavities, and stains.
How it works
Allows the operator to prevent the production and shipment of defective products. Displays a photo of the pallet on the operator's screen in real time, highlighting different types of deviations for each product with a colored frame.
