The principle of color determination is based on working with a histogram of color components recognized on each pallet of manufactured products. We determine the amount of each color component on the forming pallet and compare it with a reference value. To determine the defects of the color mix tiles, the same approach is used, based on system training. Only we use product photo color mix. The only difference is that due to the low contrast of defects on the colormix, other settings are used.
The period of system implementation from the conclusion of the contract to the launch of the system is 4 months. Excluding delivery time.
