Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. General
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all sales and installations made by Quatromatic Ltd. ("Seller", "we", "us") to the buyer ("Buyer", "you"). By placing an order, Buyer accepts and agrees to these Terms.
2. Quotations and Orders
All quotations issued by Quatromatic are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Orders become binding only after confirmation in writing by Quatromatic.
3. Prices and Payment
Prices are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes, duties, and delivery charges unless explicitly stated. Payment terms are strictly as per invoice, typically payable within 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Delivery
Delivery dates provided by Quatromatic are approximate. Seller is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5. Packaging and Marking
Goods must be packed according to the nature of the equipment and the transportation method used, ensuring protection from damage and corrosion during transport and storage.
6. Installation and Acceptance
Installation services will be performed according to agreed specifications. Buyer shall inspect and confirm acceptance within 2 days of installation completion, during the engineer’s on-site visit. Absence of written notification within this period will be considered acceptance.

8. Warranty and Service
Quatromatic guarantees the use of high-quality materials and compliance with delivery conditions. A 12-month standard warranty is provided on products and installation from the date of acceptance, covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
Extended warranty including on-site visits, repairs, and component replacement is available under separate service agreements and subscription. With an active subscription, the warranty period can be extended indefinitely.
9. Technical Support and Software Maintenance
Quatromatic provides remote technical support via chat, video calls, and email, responding within 2 business days from receiving a request. Software is accepted "as is," with regular updates available through a paid subscription invoiced separately.
10. Limitation of Liability
Quatromatic's total liability under any circumstances shall be limited to the price paid for the products or services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
11. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights relating to our products, systems, software, and documentation remain the sole property of Quatromatic. Buyer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use products solely for the intended purpose.
12. Force Majeure
Quatromatic is exempt from liability for failure to perform or delay in performance of any obligation under these Terms due to force majeure events, including natural disasters, fires, acts of war, strikes, pandemics, or governmental actions. Notification of such events must be promptly communicated by the affected party, detailing the start and end of the circumstances.
13. Privacy and Data Protection
Quatromatic is committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal data. We collect, use, and process personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. For detailed information on data handling practices, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
15. Amendments
Quatromatic reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective upon posting on our website.

- Buyer must complete all pre-installation questionnaires accurately, detailing site conditions and requirements. Costs incurred due to inaccuracies or omissions in the questionnaires shall be borne by the Buyer.
- Buyer must ensure the installation site meets all requirements specified in advance by Quatromatic. Any additional installation time or resources required due to the Buyer's non-compliance shall be billed to the Buyer.
- Buyer must ensure unhindered access for Quatromatic specialists to perform installation and maintenance.
