One platform, tuned to your product line

QuatroPBC, QuatroCBC, QuatroHTC, QuatroIDA, RFinger and QuatroHub cover the product on the line, the process that forms it, and the questions you ask about the plant.

QuatroPBC

Concrete Block & Paving

Pavers, blocks and kerbs

Installed on the wet side after the press and before the curing chamber. The system scans the pallet with a laser and photographs the products. Neural networks detect height deviations and surface defects: chips, cracks, cavities, stains, foreign inclusions.

The operator screen shows the pallet in real time with colored frames on each unit. Height accuracy is 0.5 mm. Color is tracked for monochrome and colormix. Typical results reported by plants: 95% of visual defects caught, ~5% mix savings at the lower spec limit, fewer claims.

QuatroCBC

Clay Brick

Face brick and extrusion lines

Optical inspection for ceramic brick lines. The system monitors length, width, wall thickness and diagonal alignment, then flags missing partitions, cracks and cuts before the product leaves the factory.

Anomalies raise a live alert so the forming process can be corrected. Integration is with the existing factory automation — no offline sampling station.

QuatroHTC

Hyperpressed Tile

Hyperpressed and hermetic tiles

Automated visual classification of hyperpressed / hermetic tiles. Top and side surfaces are scored against the plant’s own quality rules and sorted into high-quality, second grade, or defective.

The goal is consistency with human grading at ~95%, without putting inspectors on every shift. Statistics on cracks, inclusions and stains feed process optimization.

QuatroIDA

Vibration diagnostics

Vibropress lines for blocks and pavers

QuatroIDA measures the vibropress itself: punch immersion and how evenly the table moves across its four corners. The plant sees where vibration has stopped compacting the mix, instead of judging the cycle by ear.

Shortening excess vibration by 0.5–1.5 seconds is checked on a pilot. Together with QuatroPBC, IDA shows the forming process and PBC shows the result on the product.

RFinger

Pallet Recognition

Pallets on QuatroPBC, QuatroCBC and QuatroHTC lines

RFINGER identifies a physical pallet by the unique visual features of its surface — texture, marks of use — and links the same pallet between the wet and dry sides of the line. No RFID tag, and no stop on the conveyor.

Two vision units, one line: capture on the wet side, match on the dry side. Identification accuracy 98%, processing ~2 seconds per pallet. Works with wood, plastic and metal pallets.

QuatroHub

Plant analyst in chat

QuatroPBC plant data

QuatroHub answers questions about your plant’s QuatroPBC data the way you would ask a strong production analyst. Status, problem batches, shift comparisons and a short summary come back in chat — no report built by hand.

Each client sees only their own plant. Access is a walkthrough on your data, not a new interface to learn.
